It’s the day of your holiday barbecue, and you have to provide an appetizer. Guess who forgot until just now?

Don’t fret. I’ve got a simple, you’ll-cry-it’s-so-easy appetizer. Bonus: it’s designed to look like the American flag, so it’s a win-win for all your patriotic party needs.

Ingredients
56 phyllo cups
8 ounces 1/3-less fat cream cheese, at room temperature
4 ounces blue cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon skim milk
6 cherry tomatoes
4 ounces vanilla yogurt (such as Stonyfield Petite Crème Vive la Vanilla)
1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions
1. Fill 12 phyllo cups with about 2 teaspoons of yogurt. Top with blueberries. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine cheeses and milk with a hand mixer. Fill remaining phyllo cups with cheese mixture. Quarter tomatoes. Top 24 cheese-filled phyllo cups with tomato quarters. Arrange cups into a flag, and serve.
