Our Favorite Whole-Grain Snacks

I’ve overseen our annual Taste Test Awards now for many years. That means I’ve tasted hundreds and hundreds of tasty (and some not-so-tasty) snacks. Our goal with this annual series is to point you toward delicious foods that are also nutritious and a smart part of a healthful diet. All winners must clock in at 200 calories or less and fall within our sodium and saturated fat levels with no artificial trans fats. Among the many standouts over the years, I’ve highlighted a few of my favorite winners that provide a dose of healthy whole grains:

Sun Chips Harvest Cheddar-Flavored Multi-Grain Snacks: I'm a chip-aholic, and it doesn't get any tastier than Sun Chips, at least in my opinion. It's just an added bonus that these snacks contain corn, whole wheat, brown rice flour, and whole oat flour. Find more info here.
