Happy International Bacon Day!

Today is the day; the crème de la crème, mecca of all food holidays. Today we praise a food so widely loved it is not a national holiday, but an international one. Today we celebrate BACON.

but how about commemorating our old pal by trying something a little different? Here are a few of our favorite, not-so-ordinary bacon recipes.

Go hog wild and let us know what surprising ways you’re cooking up bacon in celebration of this glorious holiday.
