Sweet Treat: Our Favorite 100-Calorie Macarons

Sometimes a sweet after-dinner treat is just what you need. It might be dark chocolate-covered pretzels or a mini fruit-and-cheese platter that you’re hankering for, or maybe it’s a scoop of ice cream or a few salty, crunchy potato chips. No matter your fancy, limitations are key when indulging in a late-night snack. Putting a calorie cap on treating yourself is the best way to go about it, and over the next few days, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite sweet treats under 100 calories.

Macaroons

*Goat Cheese Medallion, Trader Joe’s (70 calories per serving) + Raisin Rosemary Crisps, Trader Joe’s (90 calories per 11 crackers, 3 crackers = 25 calories)
