You’re Eating WHAT on Your Diet?!

Many people believe that the road to healthier eating is paved with stones made of sad soups, cold salads, and sensible shakes. The perception of diet food as being fat-free/sugar-free, frozen meals, bland bars, and rice cakes galore is a prevalent one. The belief is that foods you love to eat are replaced by foods you have to eat, and the whole process feels restrictive, discouraging, and blah.

Just don’t tell Cooking Light Diet community members that.

Folks are raving about all the delicious “diet food” they’re receiving in their weekly Cooking Light Diet menu plans. And they’re sharing pictures of those delectable meals in our community Facebook group. Take a look at what they’ve been eating lately.
