5 Dressings for Tastier Mason Jar Salads

You’ve probably heard the phrase K.I.S.S., which stands for Keep it Simple, Stupid. But during this hot, hazy, lazy summer, I’ve turned my lunch mantra into Keep it Salad, Sister. That’s just much nicer, right?

One great way to make salads more portable, desk-friendly, and, well, cuter, is via our Mason jar method. Here’s more info:

Cute, right? So the basic formula involves adding dressing to the bottom of the jar, piling on tasty toppings, and finishing off with salad greens (to prevent sad mushiness). This winning formula is exactly why I love these guys: The combinations are endless, and it really is simple. Here are a few of my favorite dressings to build the base of a Mason jar salad:
