If I am being honest, there’s only one kind of jack-o’-lantern that I like: A ceramic one that’s already decorated when I leave the store. Quite frankly, nothing about carving and gutting a pumpkin appeals to me. Well, almost nothing. I do love roasted pumpkin seeds.
