With More S’mores, the classic summertime dessert goes beyond chocolate. Key Lime Pie S’mores, Mexican Chocolate S’mores (okay, the chocolate doesn’t stop), and of course, bacon!
Peaches & Cream S’mores
homemade graham cracker +marshmallows from scratch + 2 peach slices
+ a 1/4-ounce square of white chocolate
I used the following recipes for the marshmallow and cracker. You can use your own recipes, or give these a try:

– Patricia’s Table Recipe for Animal Crackers (I rolled out this dough to1/8″ thickness and cut it into 2″ squares.)
