More S’mores, Please! Key Lime Pie S’more

With More S’mores, we’re going beyond chocolate with the classic campfire dessert. Peaches & Cream S’mores, Dark Chocolate-Bacon S’mores (okay, the chocolate doesn’t stop), and even salted caramel! 

Key Lime Pie S’More
homemade graham cracker + marshmallows from scratch
+ 2 teaspoons lemon curd + zest from half a lime

I used the following recipes for the marshmallow and cracker. You can use your own recipes, or give these a try:
– Food and Wine‘s Plain Marshmallow Recipe
– Patricia’s Table Recipe for Animal Crackers (I rolled out this dough to 1/8″ thickness and cut it into 2″ squares.)
