With More S’mores, we’re going beyond chocolate with the classic campfire dessert. Key Lime Pie S’mores, Mexican Chocolate S’mores (okay, the chocolate doesn’t stop), and of course, bacon!
Bacon & Dark Chocolate S’more
homemade graham cracker + marshmallows from scratch
+ 1/2 strip of crispy bacon + 1/4 ounce very dark chocolate
I used the following recipes for the marshmallow and cracker. You can use your own recipes, or give these a try:
– Food and Wine‘s Plain Marshmallow Recipe
– Patricia’s Table Recipe for Animal Crackers (I rolled out this dough to1/8″ thickness and cut it into 2″ squares.)
